Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of purchase. If you provide the wrong address, LS Jewellery (we) are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We use a road based courier company that will deliver to most metropolitan areas in 1 – 4 days.

Orders sent via courier service can only be delivered to physical address. For Post Office box deliveries we will use NZ Post services, this service may cost extra. All shipments are insured, however the condition of items should be inspected for damage prior to signing for receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform LS Jewellery if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion after initial enquiry with delivery service. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order

New Zealand courier delivery (listed as shipping in the shopping cart) to physical addresses within New Zealand incurs a fixed $12.00 charge regardless of their size or destination. Orders will be dispatched within three business days and delivery is usually made within five business days. Note this rate does not apply to  weights over 15 kgs.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next week day after receipt.

International

LS Jewellery will also package and post internationally. These rates are not included on-line please contact us directly.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are carefully packaged by us to ensure they reach you safely.

If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.

If for any reason you are not happy with your product please contact us immediately. We need to be notified of your intention to return an item within 2 working days of receipt of your order, and receive the returned item within 10 working days of receipt of your order – freight will be at the customer’s expense. Returned products must be in original condition and securely packaged. Once they have arrived back safely we will either exchange it, provide a store credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

The only time refunds will be offered is if any goods are deemed to have manufacturers fault.

Unfortunately items purchased on sale in store, or online are final are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Disclaimer

LS Jewellery are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. However, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.

We regularly send items safely throughout New Zealand and around the world.
